This weekend I had the opportunity to tour Tuscany. We went to Pisa, Florence, and toured Donatella winery in Trequanda. The tour of the vineyard was very informative, showing the production of the wine from start to finish. After the wine tasting we learned how to make fresh pasta, which was followed by a 5 course lunch. During lunch we finished off quite a few bottles of wine, then we explored the property. Chianti may be my new favorite wine.
