Last Thursday at Sea in Williamsburg I had the pleasure of meeting a really sick photographer and blogger: 13th Witness. Joey recognized him (what's up http://reupp.wordpress.com/) and got his card. He shoots NYC street photos, celeb portraits, and he's a really nice guy. Keep it up 13th Witness!
