Picante Mexican Grill

On Saturday Jo and I wondered around Harvard's campus and got very lost in Cambridge.. which made for some great picture taking (duh).. but I think the best part of the whole day was when we found Picante. I had been there a bunch of times for mexican food, and just as I thought I was going to pass out from starvation.. we were standing in front of Picante!! We walked 2 T stops away from where we thought we were and it was so worth it. YUM

One Day: Meeting Ingrid!

On April 5th Ingrid Michaelson hosted a TOMs One Day Without Shoes charity event AOL's headquarters in NYC. Everyone at the office went barefoot to raise awareness for TOMs shoes. For every pair of TOMs that you buy, another pair is donated to a child in need. I got the opportunity to meet Ingrid and she was really cool. During the show we all sat on beanbag chairs and round lounge couches while she made fun of NYC saying "All of you hipsters are wayyyy to cool to sing along". I think my favorite part was her mexican food song.. so funny. We also enjoyed free pedicures and rocked the TOMs official color on our toes.
