Our First BBQ

Our first bbq was a success! Special thanks to Niranjan for turning 20/giving us a reason to have people over. After re-arranging some furniture, searching for charcoal, and marinating some skewers, we had a fun night and some delicious food. Can't wait to host our next party...which will probably be soon because we have some more birthday's coming up!

Testaccio Street Art

We found this amazing wall while we were getting lost in Testaccio. One of the things I loved about it was seeing it at night. Always on the lookout for some crazy street art.

Friday Morning at the Open Market

Down the street from my apartment there is an open fresh food market that is open until 1pm. Today Michelle and I walked down the market and got fresh pasta, olives, and veggies for lunch. I also bought a ring (I will post it soon). The market reminded me of the swap meets in Southern CA. Can't wait to get ALL of my food there :)
