According to Channy Leaneagh, Polica is Polish for "policy", and she sees it as a reference to an unwritten code that guides the members when they play together, as well as its work ethic.[2] The name appears to be a loose derivation, as there is no "ç" in Polish alphabet. There is a similar word "polisa", that literally means "insurance policy" in Polish, in particular – the contract document itself.-Polica Wiki

Julia Pfeiffer Burns
Another stop on our family vacation in NorCal- Big Sur is incredible I can't wait to go back.
Description: "This state park is named after Julia Pfeiffer Burns, a well respected pioneer woman in the Big Sur country. The park stretches from the Big Sur coastline into nearby 3,000-foot ridges. It features redwood, tan oak, madrone, chaparral, and an 80-foot waterfall that drops from granite cliffs into the ocean from the Overlook Trail. A panoramic view of the ocean and miles of rugged coastline is available from the higher elevations along the trails east of Highway 1." via California State Parks Website
Location-Directions: The park is 37 miles south of Carmel on Highway 1, and 12 miles south of Pfeiffer Big Sur.

Josh in LA
During the very brief period that Josh Briggs lived in Hollywood we had breakfast at the 101 Diner, took a day trip to Venice, and got locked out of his apartment. The photos above were taken on my iPhone via instagram during this time.
M∆DE:IN:HEIGHTS
Blue Scholars producer Sabzi started a side project in December 2010 called Made in Heights. "All the Places" is currently one of my favorite songs, and I hope to see Made in Heights grow in popularity. Maybe a Coachella appearance in 2013??? Fingers crossed.

Keep Calm & Carry On
"The following short film by London-based filmmaker Temujin Doran traces the poster’s origins from the beginning of World War II to its rediscovery in an English bookshop in 2000. Although we will probably never know who the artist was responsible for its simple and timeless design, it is without a doubt one of the most iconic images of the 20th century." -Howtomakeit.com
